Perfume Area contains thirty-six prose poetry fragrance reviews and is the inaugural publication from New York City-based press Ambient Works.

 It is available directly from Ambient Works or at bookstores Printed Matter, McNally Jackson, and the New Museum in New York. It is in the collection of the Yale University Library.

4.25 × 7", 84 pages, perfect bound with gatefold map and bookmark. Published by Ambient Works in an edition of 300 and designed by Bryce Wilner.
